Here’s hoping we have the privilege of visiting him in prison while he serves a life sentence. He can have the privilege of proving “no man is above the law”.

After impeachment, trial, conviction for treason, not just obstruction of justice, give him the privilege of choosing blindfold, or no blindfold. (I believe federal rules still allow hanging or firing squad- let’s indeed stay “old school”.

The legislative purpose only argument being made by the White House is total BS. So is the argument that being cleared of a crime is sufficient to prevent impeachment.

Most important is the nonsense conclusion of the Barr Report: If you successfully obstruct an investigation that clears you of both the underlying crime and the obstruction.

The 10,000 lies and counting in less than 28 months privilege. The first being “to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States.”

He may in fact stay out of jail, most likely by dying first, but also because Gorsuch and Kavanaugh may be sufficiently partisan to prevent effective punishment.
