Come November and the election are over the GOP will put the Tea Baggers back in their cage until the next time they need them.

The Tea Baggers will quietly stay in their cage because they never, never learn.

The GOP will do what it always does, spend and barrow spend and barrow, increase government in our daily life, cut education and health care, maybe invade anouther country, cut taxes for the rich, and run around telling everbody that they are the Party Of The Little People.

Well I hope some of the people breaking windows, making terrorist threats and cutting gas lines do go to jail. They’re all breaking the law.

Church - no, actually I don’t remember hearing that Dems - or anyone else - call the rioters patriotic. They said that about regular protesters at times - partly because the other side was shouting that to doubt the Government was treasonous - not those who broke windows or threw Molotovs. And by the way, those certainly did make the news.

And you think there were no arrests under Bush? Really? I remember the odd article about protesters - signs or no signs - being detained. Oh, it didn’t make the news much. Heck, most protests THEMSELVES didn’t make the news much (at first, and in the US) - the so-called “liberal media” didn’t anything like that for a few years since 9/11, Maybe it didn’t happen to everyone with a Bush hate poster, but it DID happen. Just like not everyone who marched with an Obama=Hitler poster or something to that end had any problems.

Double standard? Here’s the big double standard: the GOP does the same thing, letter by letter, that it decried as near treason in the Democrats when the Republicans were in power - and did the same things it protests now, to the letter. The Dems aren’t exactly blameless in that either, but they don’t do it quite so much imo.

Read the rules losers! You must smash at least one item to be allowed entrance to the protest. Said item cannot belong to you. So . yes, by definition all protesters are violent.

Who here said that ALL teabaggers are violent. I know that some have said all TBs are racist (which I’m sure is wrong), but there’s violent @55holes in a lot of protest groups, right or left. Nobody other than those violent a-holes likes those a-holes.

Until the Republicans denounce the racist and violent statements made by the Tea Partiers, as the Democrats have, I am not willing to let them off the hook. Cantor gave a confused press conference where he tried to blame Democrats for violence against Democrats. Just man up and say “violence is bad,” Cantor. You can do it. Probably.
