What does that mean for this interplanetary First Contact Diplomatic Mission? (I guess other planets have their Foggy Bottom misfits as well….)

There was once a sketch on SNL where two aliens (one played by guest host Jay Leno) came to Earth showing contempt for how inferior humans are, but it turned out their technology was about 200 years behind ours, with dirt roads and hand-written books. As for their spaceship, they had simply found it somewhere.

I wonder if he came here on the B Ark?
