It must really suck for a Republican to be forced to remember facts like that.

And who if anyone was surprised that they’re throwing each other under the bus yet still trying to hold the party line of BS? No lessons from the Nixon era? Harding and Teapot Dome? Or any other bunch of thieves, liars, creeps, and sh**heads up to and including the axis powers in WWII? The only good part of a rat infested ship is watching the rats fight to see who’ll jump ship first. Of course the ship usually does finally sink in the end but the band still plays songs right up until the end. See what happens when this great country accepts schmucks like these as their best and the brightest? You’d think we’d learn after so many years and so many idiots… But no, not so far.

Letting people with absolutely no political experience to run what used to be a country of consequence is the greatest thing ever pulled off by the American people !

I think I beginning to understand the GOP strategy. Compliment your opponent with praises and have him denial it. The rubes will buy it.

The thing to remember about these hearings is: (IF) the president was innocent of these charges, he would run screaming to the chairman and demand that those who have the first hand information be interviewed. Anyone with a average IQ knows that the persons with first hand knowledge are the ones needed to testify to the truth. Why is this not happening,is the question the Democrats need to ask more often . Maybe there is a “R” block. Insert what you want for R as there is more than one answer to this question.

Just my opinion, but I believe Fiona Hill is an Active Intel officer. There are no former intel officers. I Am convinced the Intel community is driving the systematic destruction of Trump.

Seeing a lot of political cartoons with Trump & co. shown as ‘thrown under the bus’ by Sondland & other witiness— I associate those ‘under the bus’ as victims, there by unscrupulous acts, but these really are reverse circumstances: I’d prefer to see cartoons of T & Co. as creatures brought into the light by [the heroic] Sondland & Co.

And with all other defenses stripped away by Sondland’s testimony, Republicans have only this to say: “The criminal says he didn’t do it; case closed”. And Trump’s imbecilic supporters will buy it.

    1. Trump is obviously not well. Moving slowly, almost dragging his left leg, not using left arm, etc.

    2. Used the rear entrance/shorter steps to deplane.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says there is clear evidence that President Donald Trump has used his office for his personal gain. She says doing that “undermined the national security of the United States.”

She said during her opening statement in the impeachment testimony that “some of you on this committee appear to believe that Russia” and its spy services didn’t attack the U.S. in 2016 “and that perhaps, somehow, for some reason, Ukraine did.”

“In the course of this investigation, I would ask that you please not promote politically driven falsehoods that so clearly advance Russian interests,” Hill said. “I refuse to be part of an effort to legitimize an alternate narrative that the Ukrainian government is a U.S. adversary, and that Ukraine — not Russia —attacked us in 2016.”

She issued a dire warning that Russian intelligence and its proxies are gearing up to interfere again in 2020 — and that the U.S. is “running out of time to stop them.”

“Our nation is being torn apart,” she testified.

Responding to a question from committee chair Adam Schiff, Hill said the Russians’ goal is “chaos.”
