With each day, the Teapublicans show their true colors as pawns of the rich. “Sure, we’ll help you after the hurricane, but, instead of taxing a millionaire’s bonus, we’ll cut your neighbor’s food stamps.”
“Hurricane Irene destroyed your city? Sorry, it’s more important to score political points than to take of the country.”
^ So you will know that God sent the hurricane to punish you from your sinful ways.*
@ZIT: People like to blame all the money spent right before Obama took the keys on Obama. And the repercussions of the last administration echo for a while too. If job recover was not as robust as it should have been, blame the U.S. way of coddling the minority.
One point five in medical bills? Knowing conservatives, with all those $$$ spent on someone with a complexion darker than theirs and who speaks a different language, I’m surprised they didn’t let him die!
^^ Would you feel better if those Guatemalans running up the tab were here officially under the Republican “Guest worker” program? I say find the company who hired them illegally and make them pay the tab as well as a hefty fine for encouraging illegal immigration. If companies stopped hiring ‘em, they’d stop coming.
Why the GOP kicking? They’re just following their paradigm. Now the Libs, that’s another story: what’s up with them? What’s Obama doing – moving to the center? Libs don’t have a center anymore.
^ The criminals are the companies who knowing hire the illegals. Companies that hire illegal immigrants only encourage more to come. Those companies need to be found and heavily fined. The people doing the hiring need to go to jail.
Eclod is a mass of misinformation. “Illegal” aliens do not cost the welfare system any more than do the rest of us. They are no added burden, and most of them are working. The same, unfortunately, can’t be said for Eclod.
