Somebody put forth his idea of starting the season late and even had 144 and 162 game schedules worked out. Big problem: Game 6 of the World Series would be played on December 25th. And then what happens to 2021 and beyond? Do the seasons get shifted out? Does the layoff from 2020 to 2021 last from Jan 1 to Feb 14? Crazy. I remember 1994 – 1995. I can live with no baseball for a year.
I doubt that we are even starting to run to first base. The “pitcher” is throwing nothing but curve balls, hard to hit. We may strike out, if the Orange Genius has his way.

I am watching France TV news. The Chinese are sending medical rescue supplies and doctors to help save lives in Italy and Spain. Cuba is also.
Meanwhile America can’t get out of its own way handling this.
I’m too damn ashamed of America to watch baseball. Before Trump you could show your face overseas without being either insulted or pitied.
