It’s not infrastructure until it is. back in the late 1700’s, "infrastructure was little more than dirt roads (postal roads) and wooden bridges. With the advent of railroads, rail lines between cities became infrastructure. With electricity, the power grids. With the automobile, better roads and bridges. You can go on, water and sewer, phone lines, hospitals, etc. None of it was infrastructure untill it was, and Conservatives fought against it being such until it became established. It was all some kind of “Liberal wish list”.
The definition of infrastructure has seen little change in over 50 years, while progress continues to move forward. Isn’t it about time the definition about what counts as infrastructure advances with it?
Interesting how both appear to be the same thing.
