Paynefully inept and inapt…again and again. The issue isn’t that defunding the police will solve anything. That’s just stupid punishment and imagined retribution that won’t fix anything. It’s a culture change that is needed and a tough uphill climb that needs to be led and enforced by steely eyed, strong willed leaders who can and will insist on effective change that will involve pain to those who fail to comply. Finding and supporting those leaders is the real challenge…

Payne: the police have not been defunded. Or are you suggesting that merely saying “Defund the Police” leads to an increase in crime?

Liberalism is a disease. Demoncrats are pure evil. The City of Houston is ruled by the Demoncrats and the Demoncrat DA (funded by George Soros) refuses to prosecute the most horrific crimes, and when they do allow charges to be pressed Demoncrat Judges are releasing them on PR Bonds. Some felons, many charged with MURDER, are being released back onto the streets under PR Bonds so they can continue to murder and maim innocent people. It is DISGUSTING!!
