I’m 66 and I hate that now I have to search which streaming service is showing “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. It was great when the TV Guide would tell you that this special was at 7:30pm on such-and-such a night. I even remember it was on CBS.
I know that the joke is about the Star Wars Christmas Special being crap, but there’s TONS of new cartoon Christmas Specials. Every cartoon series has at least one. Why, I just watched the Solar Opposites Christmas special on Hulu. If that doesn’t get you into the holiday spirit, I don’t know what will. (Just kidding. Most of you probably shouldn’t watch it).
