Ha! The usual ignorance about Apple here, I see. Look it up, guys. Apple builds the most-enduring products in the PC world (my old old Mac Plus ran for 11 years without a hitch, both for me and my niece), has by far the best customer service, and has been raising the bar for everyone else in the industry for what consumer tech looks like. They’ve transformed four industries, and that’s pretty damned impressive no matter how you slice it. Android phones would not exist without the iPhone breaking the trail. Should you be able to change your battery? Yeah, it would be nice.
