They do not ring the bell here. We live on a 4 lane main road across street from a bus stop. Packages are left on our front steps in full view of the street or on our driveway ditto. We have had packages left within arm’s distance of the sidewalk. Packages are left no matter the weather. Airbourne used to drive though our very small circular drive (house is within 15 ft of sidewalk) and throw them out the window (I saw them do this, that is how I know). RPS could not find us for 2 weeks as we do not have a business sign and they do not look at addresses. We do not order anything unless we absolutely have to and then try to convince the sender to send USPS to our PO Box. Now, however, we signed up for a new program (free) for our PO Box that they will accept deliveries from delivery co’s and the PO Box does not appear in the address. First item will come sometime with the new address as we had to get a replacement part under warranty.
