Man: Congresswoman, a year ago, I tested HIV-positive. I still don't have any symptoms, but I'm already being treated like a leper both socially and at work. What's the government doing to educate people about the facts concerning AIDS sufferers? Lacey: I'm afraid not very much...To date, health authorities have concentrated their efforts on preventative programs, but the facts are getting out. I think people are becoming more enlightened and tolerant towards the victims of AIDS. Man: You're going to have to trust me on this one, ma'am.
