Mark: So how's everything at work, dad! Phil: What do you mean by that? Why do you ask? Mark: um.... Phil: What have you heard? Tell me! Mark: mom, dad's been sounding a little preoccupied lately. Is there anything wrong? Mrs. Slackmeyer: Well, it may be something at the firm, dear. A few weeks ago a young lawyer from the S.E.C. came in to talk to him about some trading irregularities. Nothing came of it, of course, but since then your father has bumped into him twice, and now he thinks the man is watching him! Mark: That's a little paranoid, isn't it? I mean, the S.E.C. does have an office in his building. Mrs. Slackmeyer: I know. It's all qutie silly...I guess this insider scandal still has everyone a little on edge. Man: Hello again. How's everything? Phil: Fine! Fine, okay? What are you driving at?
