Just dealt with the AI barrier chatbots to get through to my cable company. Took a long time. Increased my BP. Finally got to a real person. Call center offshore. Ask about the weather there first. Again a long time explaining over and over the problem. Frustrating. Decided to pull the plug on the service. Suddenly they became very apologetic and put me through to customer retention. Explained again. Suddenly all fixed and with a discount rate going forward. But I am not sure it was worth the hassle…..I plan to get my own AI chatbot to call them next time….
