Ruthies sounds more like a rooster crowing. I’m so fortunate here. Two blocks over and another two blocks in a residential neighborhood a woman does have rooster with chickens. When I walked at 10am I would hear crowing. Not sure if neighbors there minded. She wants them to get rid of barking dogs.New Ruthie does not honor Father’s Day.
