It’s almost ironic that Ruthie’s talking about a cat who could also “scratch” and sneeze, while said cat would make Frank have to “scratch and sneeze”!
Maybe Ninja Cat wouldn’t make her daddy scratch and sneeze.
But little kittens turn into big cats Ruthie. And they think they rule the house. Sometimes they do.
