I’ve gotten clothes, including shoes, from Goodwill. (And yes, I can afford to get them anywhere else.) But a lot of their items — many with high-end labels — are in very good condition, and some were clearly never worn before they were donated. I’ve also donated a lot of clothing and other items to them, all just like those. Both my donations and my purchases support what I think is a very worthwhile charity.
When I first read this strip I had a temporary bout of dyslexia and read “That James is a Sylone”. I was completely shocked that Nick would say that James is a Cylon. Took quite a while to hit me…
