There IS a difference between corrupt and incompetent. Corrupt: Nixon, Harding, Jackson, and quite a few others. Incompetent: the top price definitely goes to George W Bush, hands down, the leader by 50,000 points on being stupid. Even Andrew Johnson comes out better, far better.

If you want to measure something, define the system and we’ll measure. But just saying ‘best’ or ‘worst’ without benchmarks or some type of scale denotes an opinion, which is not a fact. For once, I agree with you. Even his father was a better POTUS..Now don’t get too excited; this is a rarity I’m sharing with you.

I think RoMONEY has that capability. And we could always bring back George W, Bush to help him out.
