These animals have lips, they just don’t move when they “talk”.
A balloon, blowing at an odd angle? Is that a signal, perhaps along the lines of breaking a champagne bottle on a new ship? IDGI.
I wonder if that is a wrecking ball – with the chain beyond the frame…Just a guess, really.
I’m fairly certain it’s supposed to be a wrecking ball, but since the chain is not in the frame, it comes off as a tethered balloon on a windy day.
