Of course, a 20% or 25% cut in taxes on the wealthy while eliminating “loopholes” for the low and middle class. Of course the tax cut will apply to anyone who climbs out of the lower class hole.

Romney will pay less than 1% in taxes with Ryan’s budget. Down from the 2% he has been paying.
