You accuse your opponent(s) of doing what you do.-For example, if your opponent is black, you accuse HIM of being racist and say that the campaign is all about racism.-If Sheldon Adelson says he will contribute $100 million, you accuse your opponent of trying to buy the election.-If you fail to properly equip your military with protective armor, you accuse your opponents of not ‘supporting the troops’.-
