I had foot surgery once that charged me by the minute for the operating room. My ins. wouldn’t pay for the surgery (Health Net strikes again!) so I had to fork over $2500 first. This comic is true!!!!

I imagine that the Prez thought he could build on the existing bill. I can’t understand why the elephants are so set against more people having insurance. We’re still behind the rest of the civilized world. I suspect it is racism and a hatred of the poor, neither something Christ would harbor.

You do realize that Obamacare was passed without any republican input or republican votes don’t you

kellykid: Obama took the Massachusetts plan that Romney signed and the Republicans had supported at a national plan up to 2008, and suddenly the Republican plan was in the way of the Republican’s two-plank platform (make Obama a one-term president, and destroy all rights for women). Therefore, this, like so many other Republican ideas, must be opposed because they violate those two planks. Yeah, no Republican votes, but tons of Republican input. If you want a real, workable, and successful plan, there is one ready to adopt; just change “province” to “state” and “Canada” to “United States”. Of course you won’t get it from Republicrats, but Greens support it.
