Slow page load for me today.Getting the comments first before the cartoon.And it got me wondering what it could be with comments about “steamed”, “iron man” “wrinkles”, etc.

This is sad. The horible torchures of the past were real, and some places in this world it goes on.

At 3PM the steam table goes to the great room for the knightly buffet.

Our Christian ancestors were tortured all for the Name of Jesus.

They always put the torture chambers way down in the basement of the castle so the royalty living upstairs would not be disturbed by the screams. True story.

The thing about ironing out the wrinkles is that you cook the food that’s trapped in them.

I like to think of it more as people seeking and wielding power who used Christianity as a convenient excuse for their excesses. They’ve used other things, too. Other religions, nationality, fear…

The fat guy with the axe represents the Rethuglicans and the little scrawny old man represents the American people!

(sharing atheistic viewpoints)I have always had high respect and felt a close association to you and your comments. But when I see a fellow commenter being threatened with flagging, it just doesn’t feel right. I think we should fight with our words, not with the flag.
