People who do not have money and can not get themselves to that place always seem to complain about those who do, not because there is an issue, but rather that they don’t have. This is why they say that money is the root of all evil. It has caused people to do what ever it take for them to get it. Some take to robbery, some take to pimping, some take to scamming, others take to wealth distribution (class warfare). There is definately more ways. Yes there are those with money that seem to not help those in need, but to accuse someone just because they have money is not proper.
Taxes are lower then they have been in decades. We have tried the tax cut route for years, and it hasn’t worked. You know what DID work? When Clinton raised taxes in the 90’s and we had INSANE job growth, and he left office with a surplus. Somthing republicans havn’t had since Eisenhower. And somthing bushie managed to piss away in 20 minutes.
Business experience has nothing to do with it – this is a government job he’s applying for. I’ve always wondered why Romney keeps talking about his business experience, but doesn’t talk much about his time as governor. Seems to me that his time as governor is the relevant experience.
Yep, that super-patriot Mitt Robme has “business experience”, giving the employees and middle class “the business”, while he got more wealth to stash overseas!!
No one is talking about raising it back to 90%. It’s wanting the tax breaks for the very rich that should expire. WIld exaggerations don’t help you out. You probably pay a tax rate around 45% TO 50% of your income. The 1% pay at a rate that is around 14% of theirs, if even that. If you like to pay more than the 1% does then no body can help you.

How? Whats romney going to do, cut taxes? We’ve been doing that for years. Under Obama, taxes are LOWER then under bush. Why would tax cuts work now?
ObamaIsDaMan almost 12 years ago
Why do you waste your vote. Mittens cannot win. Obama will win by a margin bigger than raygun Mondale in 84.
ObamaIsDaMan almost 12 years ago
Exactly. Who is the 1%er running for office. That would be Mittens.

You are right. His business experience makes him the equal of any vulture capitalist around. Just like Perry said.
