Now if we could just get "single payer’ rather than letting the “for profits” run the show as the Republicans wrote in. BTW, what do TEApublicans NOT understand about the fact that contracting, or anything government does turning things over to "for profits’ HAS to have more PROFIT added into the COST?
If Republicans really wanted to show what a horror Obamacare is, they would try to make the law take effect as soon as possible, so the American people would suffer the consequences. BTW, my coverage is exactly the same as it was two days ago.
I’ll answer that honestly, Tigger. Since I am an independent voter who supported Obama because of health care reform, I will say yes. I would gladly support Romney or any other viable candidate who could realistically promise a single payor system. However, Romney has already come out against the ACA, and I sincerely doubt the republican party would allow him to push for that. If anything, a democratic or left-leaning congress would be the only thing that could improve the ACA into a single payor system over the next several years. But again, I would overlook Romney’s flawed economic plans to vote for him if he did support single payor health care.
some would really like to throw the old “death panel” lies into the ocean. It was a media frenzy making ploy.they were entirely made up by unscrupulous media moguls. to paraphrase a great phrase, The GOP is full of nattering nabobs of negativism.it sure FEELS like it should fit exactly..

With a single payer system we would all win. So the conservatives rally around the profit pole instead of with their fellow countrymen.

I wouldn’t but, then again I’m not narrow minded single issue voter.

Two chances of Romney doing that, Tigger: slim and fat.

@Irma Really then how come Medicare’s overhead is 4% and the Health Insurance Companies is 20 to 30% or more? mmmmm
