Oh, didn’t you know. Between the third and forth panels Cap used his heat vision to blow up a 20lb. propane tank to try and permanently rid himself of Scrappy. The villian didn’t beat him up, he was too busy laughing at the ridiculous idea Scrappy could even harm him. It’s just too bad for Cap’s attempted sidekickicide that the tank was nearly empty.
