I guess the only good robot is a dead robot?

Do robot moms say “I guess you’d better stay home from school today; you’ve got some color in your cheeks.”?

Buckly, dancers wore leg-warmers long before that film, and will wear them long after it’s forgotten.

That’s one difference between a fashion craze based on a movie, and what happens in the real world where it was set.

Beviek — I remember taking some classes in the 1990’s alongside mostly much younger women… in their late teens to mid 20’s.The instructor was in her late 30’s and wore a lot of leggings, layered socks and big loose shirts. The girls whispered and laughed cos she was so “stuck in the 80’s.”Made me realise I didn’t even know what “90’s clothes” were supposed to be.I recognised the fad stuff from the 80’s and 90’s, but to me, my jeans and t-shirt were pretty timeless.

I realised that all those more fashionable girls wore “shell” blouses and short straight skirts just like what I ran away from as “mom clothes” in the late 60’s. Still, if I saw them on someone tomorrow I wouldn’t know to think “Oh, retro 90’s clothes.”So much for not being old…..
