Poor Annie! But Chesney is probably correct.(BTW, at our house frying ANYTHING will set off the smoke alarm)
Chesney must be thinking of my late mother-in-law’s cooking. She set the table on fire using a fondue pot. And then she was going to serve crepe suzettes for dessert! My husband’s family still talks about that Christmas dinner.
