I’ve had an IV twice. The first time really sucked. The nurse couldn’t find my the vein and kept missing and was poking at bad angles. Basically a painful experience. I knew I was in trouble when she said oops….Don’t ever say OOPS when you’re holding a long needle!
Second time I got an IV the nurse doing it knew what she was doing and was done in a second.

I had a blood test yesterday and it was still bleeding when I got home 20 minutes later. I think the nurse really wanted to be a halal butcher.
