So, will “the golden hour” be downsized to just 15 minutes? Does the 15 minutes include the time in the waiting room, or the ambulance ride to the hospital? If so, my Doc would be -30 minutes, ‘cause he’s got a 45 minute wait-time!
And when you get there, you’ll be told that you’re 15 minutes late.
