Mornin’ Marg and Finale…where are all the other Crustwoodians?Yeah, Joy is gonna take a while… turning wispy salt-and-pepper hair blonde isn’t easy.Especially on someone who uses cheap shampoos and sprays, puts hot rollers in every night, and pins her teased-up hair into a big tight twist with metal bobby pins.That straw on her head is as fragile as cotton candy.A quick, careless bleach job,and the stylist will end up hiding big clumps in her pockets after the comb-out.
BTW — you two are the ones I wanted to talk to about Finale’s idea yesterday…. awarding a cut of the profits to the person who made the most bleach-worthy comment.
It sounded good, till I realised three and a half things….1) How do we distinguish between what the Pennys did, and what some user posted, as the reason for the uptick in sales? 2)It’s a bookkeeping nightmare. Some days we make a big profit, some days none, or we have a loss, like when we have to pay for a whole tank of bleach.It’s not solely dependent on who said what.2.5) I’ve been basing this on my presumption that Finale meant that day’s profit.IF you meant a “cut” as in a piece of the action forever….obviously we can’t do that….at even 1/2 of 1%, in 200 days we’d be giving away every cent, and a year would be a mathematical impossibility.3….or, um… does this make 3 1/2?) I really don’t want to read and/or judge a gross-out contest every day!Marg, we’ll have to confer on some other way to share a little profit with the folks who make our booming business possible, OK?OK with you, Finale?
And Marg I was very very good. I was outside all day with a friend planting my garden…. which consists of tomatoes in 5 gallon pots.OK that sounds easy but so far I have 26!And we prepared over a dozen more pots for the last few tomatoes and a few peppers and such.
My hair, I keep at my natural light gray-blonde and I manicure my own nails. I’ll be doing a workout today but nothing in the garden while the days are over 100-thanks! And I have a shell-pink polish on my nails. I finally turned on the AC when we reached 104 Monday – but set at 82F
Anyone who would pay those big bucks for sweat lodges is as foolish as the Crustwood crowd. I hope he has to pay off to their families tho’ (such a rip off)

You made a suggestion to me and Marg, and it reminded us that we’d like to share with the community…just trying to give back, because we’ve been so lucky…but not a legal obligation.We earned those imaginary dollars!Let’s keep it friendly!
Hi Crustwoodians! I am a bit late on today. My wife had surgery this morning. She is fine and came home this afternoon. I’ve been helping her out. Finally got on for a while.Tomorrow’s supposed to be a nice day, I think I’ll play Angry Birds all day.
