Claire, wine doesn’t go from grapes to alcoholic beverage that fast. Your itenerary needs to include a cheap wine tour.
@prof danglais: even the early wines still need some time to acquire a reasonable alcoholic level…at least a month or two…so they would have to stay for quite a while to drink the wine from grapes they crushed themselves.
