    They will do whatever their corporate overlords tell them to do. Just ask Citizens United. One would think they would approve of a plan that gives private insurance agencies free money, just like Part D.

    didn’t some supreme court justices attended a conservative corporate sponsored conference where they were the keynote speaker. that they say gov’t is bad, but they get paid by fed gov’t, benefited by the fed gov’t, and have their lifestyle provided by the fed gov’t.

    “Judicial activism” means ignoring precedent and ruling however you please. It also means ruling on questions which weren’t even raised, which is what they did in Citizens United and what they are threatening to do to our health care system.
