I doubt he’d say that; he’d say he was an Independent.That’s why I changed my registration from Republican to Independent – just so I could make my own choice and not be swayed by “Party Politics.”
This only goes to prove that Republicans aren’t the cabal that is destroying the country, because they aren’t organized. Democrats are ALL totally in lock-step towards the same goal—TOTAL POWER.
Will had Harding administration to reflect on, today’s “Republicans” are so much worse, hard to tell where even he could find humor in the “antics” of the current party.
My mom’s dad grew up with Will Rogers. They were both killed in accidents a few weeks apart.(Will in a plane with Wiley Post, my grandfather in a truck wreck.) Wish I’d had a chance to meet them both.
