What does Peekaboo actually do when she catches a critter?
shreds and devours it off panel or leaves it on Roses/Pasquales bed as a present.
She’s a cartoon cat. She never catches anything but the drapes.

There must be a ‘claws’ in her contract!
Normal is one thing. “Perfectly normal” is a red flag to me. I get suspicious and figure that maybe even normal is exaggerated.
She caught a water balloon once — it’s one of my favorites from this strip. The last panel said “Finally catching a bird in flight has been nothing like I expected.”
Once she had a bird in her mouth. I think it got away though.
I liked the earlier panels this week about the drawings!
