Tin Roof Sundae by Crystal (formerly a family-owned dairy in Sacramento where I grew up, now owned by some corporation and so the ice cream flavor probably no longer exists anything like the way I remember it).
Mine was NOT a shotgun wedding, but the father-in-law did own a gun and bicycle store (odd combination?) He not only sold and repaired weaponry, but actually could, and did, custom make several pistols for customers.

I always pick pistachio when I can’t make up my mind. Does anyone remember cantaloupe ice cream? It was once my favorite. Black raspberry is good too.
