I have a neighbor like this!!! And yes, she is so annoying. She thinks everything is funny…Her: “My 3 year old was eating sand today. HAHAHAHA!!”Me: “Okay…”Her: “And then we had to take the dog into the vet because he was limping. I guess when Emma was holding him by his hind legs and walking him around the house like a wheelbarrow that he got hurt. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”Me: “Wow…”(I’m totally serious that she actually said this. She even told me the dog story three separate times because she thought it was so amusing. I was more concerned about the dog.)
