Repub or Democ, doesn’t much matter. We are scrod either way!!!

Look at the Republicans, cringe, look at the Democrats, wince, step back and look again and you realize they are RepubliCrats.

When I was young, my Jr. High was 2 blocks from the Truman home. When we would go down the street to the field for gym class we could actually see Harry Truman walking the side walks with his cane. He would always wave.

Mentioning FDR reminded me of a quote from the movie “The American President”: “If there was a television 50 years ago, this country does not elect a man in a wheelchair.” (Older movie, to explain the years difference.) This country has gotten to the point where many people don’t want to go into politics because of the nastiness involved. I myself have been told that I wouldn’t make a good politician for one simple reason: I’m too nice!!!

To say nothing of the ultimate clown we now have sitting in the White House. The idea of four more years of him and his failed policies makes me shudder with horror.
