You seem to forget that TARP was a Republican idea, impemented by GWB.
Not to mention that the critical vote to prevent regulation of derivatives was Phil Gramm — who was McCain’s advisor on financial policy!
Yes that makes sense, the 2 parties used to work with each other and knocked out some solutions. They can do it again.
Are you kidding me? When all the Republicans want is to make sure that Obama is a one term president and fight him every step of the way and offer no alternatives?
