When I moved to Clark County, WA from Lewis County, it took forever in 2011 to sell the house. I’ve been in Clark since early January this year until a renter came by. Now I hear the renter’s planning ot buy.

My former neighbors managed to stuff 7 truckloads in a garage.

In the winter you can use your pitching wedge to clear your own yard of the frozen doggy-drops.

Ghostkeeper is correct…..what good does it do to throw out a family and let it sit empty and deteriorate?! How stupid! Let people stay and pay whatever they can because it is better than nothing. Everyone gains, but when homes are empty everyone’s value goes down. Hopefully they will be reemployed and can make up the payments. It is so bad to kick people when they are down…..

he could also go next door and “augment” his retirement income by salvaging the copper wiring and pipe, too!

I had the opposite problem: when they foreclosed across the street and brought in a dumpster to empty the place, I couldn’t help but go dumpster-diving the next day and haul their “trash” back to my house. And sell it on Ebay and Craigslist for a few hundred bucks!

The property we built our current house was like this. We found the neighbors had been emptying their cat box there for I don’t know how long. AND bags of garbage. Also we found an amazing amount of empty whiskey bottles. We thought we got them all cleared out, but for years after, every time there was a heavy rain, more crushed whiskey bottles would come to the surface. We’ve been here 20 years now, and I still occasionally find a broken chunk. Not fun when your dog comes in with a sliced paw.

hahahahahaa! at times earl can be pretty bad…in the next frame, earl gets fined by a cop.

I do believe this is one of the worst strips I’ve ever read, it’s definitely the worst Pickles! What a terrible thing to do, not funny in any way
