    That was Gen. Benjimin Butler, a bumbling political general. He also , tried out a Gatling Gun on Confederate soldiers during a truce, the only recorded time a Gatling was actually fired during the war. Three were used to threaten civilians during the New York draft riots in front of the Hurst Building and Admiral Ferigut had one on his main ship

    That’s what I miss about the old days – that personal touch! At least you could take a shot at the tax man if you were so inclined. These days he robs you blind without even leaving his office, and you can’t even have the satisfaction of rude gestures at his back as he leaves!
