Although women are not officially allowed to serve as front-line infantry in the United States Armed Forces, more than 140 women have died while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Lt. Cmdr. Sarah West is the first woman to be appointed a worship commander in the UK Royal Navy's 500 year history! Women warriors! As of 2011, 13 countries now allow women to serve in front-line infantry units: Canada, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, Israel, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland and Australia!

It’s unusual for RBIoN to have all three facts follow a theme. Is there a special occasion?…And why does it presently count seven comments when I see only four? Five I could understand, but really!

…ooo, implying that he would suffer , not only pain from the bullet hole but shame from being taken down by an INFERIOR being…..and imagine how the enemy would feel being shot by an INFERIOR being wearing pink panties and having menstrual periods.OH, the shame of it all!

D’oh! It feels the same as being shot by a man.

“If combat means living in a ditch, females have biological problems staying in a ditch for thirty days because they get infections and they don’t have upper body strength. I mean, some do, but they’re relatively rare. On the other hand, men are basically little piglets, you drop them in the ditch, they roll around in it, doesn’t matter, you know. These things are very real. On the other hand, if combat means being on an Aegis-class cruiser managing the computer controls for twelve ships and their rockets, a female may be again dramatically better than a male who gets very, very frustrated sitting in a chair all the time because males are biologically driven to go out and hunt giraffes.”— Newt Gingrich, Address, “Renewing American Civilization,” Reinhardt College, (7 January 1995)

When it comed to putting lead on target it don’t matter who or whom is pulling the trigger… And when it comes to taking incoming fire bullets don’t come in blue for men and pink for women the results always comes in red!

Israel I’d understand, but are you seriously suggesting France, Italy, and Switzerland are now models of how to run a military?
pnorman1 almost 13 years ago
Because most of us think that Canada is merely USA-Lite. Which is still better than what most of us Mexico is.
Fan o’ Lio. almost 13 years ago
Canada was first on the list.
