Also, If you want my Tax $, there is a condition for getting $- no more children. In this age of contraception- these females behave like they are brain-dead. There is No Reason I see to give taxpayer $ to this kind of behavior. Now, if private people want to step-up…Go For It.

whats that saying on police cars??? oh yeah … " to protect and to serve" on the other hand, everyone should have the right to kill their baby in the womb…yeah, that makes better sense.
I note that when some folks beat the drum to outlaw abortions and such, none of them step up to support the resulting children. And I include the Catholic Church.
