Nate wakes up from Mrs. Godfrey dream, looks down to reveal the Kilauea Volcano, falls down to lava, wakes up from dream, is in space.

Nate: This isn’t too bad!

random asteroid comes and destroys Nate’s spaceship, wakes up from dream, is in a pool.

Nate: Ah! I love a good swim!

megatsunami comes and destroys Nate’s home, wakes up from dream, is sitting on a chair, watching Godzilla.

Nate: I like watching Godzilla!

Godzilla looks toward the screen, gets sucked out of the television and eats Nate, wakes up from dream, is sleeping on bed. Dad comes.

Nate: Ugh… what do you want Dad?

Dad: All of the people in the world wanted you to die, which explains why I have the most dangerous sword in the universe! One hit equals death!

Dad pulls out the most dangerous sword in the universe. The sword slashes Nate and cuts him in half, wakes up from dream, is in Mrs. Godfrey’s room.

He’ll never wake up.

This must give Lincoln Pierce an opportunity to draw some new stuff!

I think a good arc for the regular strips would be one where Nate starts off in a regular day, but then he starts having one of the worst days ever, but in the end, it’s just a dream.
