They don’t fight their own battles, they have Boehner, Cantor, and McConnell to do it for them, well there’s Coburn and a few dozen others as well to carry their “weight” in the battle.

If you want the rich to pay; you’ll need more IRS agents…more centralized control…bigger government.

I think what we need is a politician or politicians who can draw lines in the sands of legislative chaos…And bring personal responsibility back to the average citizen and the elites.

He may be rich, but he wants the rich (including himself) to pay their fai share.

And nevermind that old grandmother in kenya thingy, what makes you think she wants or need any of his help?

50% rate, what is the actual rate paid after all the tax dodges, accounting tricks, and outright failure to report income that they do. undoubtedly a lot less considering that there are more than a few wealthy companies that seem to get away with paying no taxes at all.

Let’s get back to investigating the situation the astute comic was getting us to think about. As a once-Green Beret, and not an especially good one…still sometimes I think this way…

“Suppose there’s a hundred of us, sometime ‘way back, in a fort. We’re in this together,it’s a battle. Taht’s life. But we’re OK: we have one hundred units of supplies…! we’re GOOD here.Except…2% of us…2! have sixty units of supplies…! and another 10 have almost thirty units…and that leaves…starvation for most of us. Some wil do OK, but we can’t hold fort with us fighting and stealing from each other…

WAIT! maybe we could get a better deal by bringing dead old Bin Laden in as ruler…we might get a better distribution of supplies among us…maybe we killed the wrong guy…!

Well, maybe we could kill a few of the guys who are weakening US and re-distribute. That’s it: we need aa NEW NEW DEAL…

Its a good graphic presentation of reality.

Somewhere, possibly, in a “Red” heaven (or Hell) Karl, Frederic, Vladimir and Joseph are chuckling. They said it would keep approaching this point.

And, when it gets as bad as it in the U.S., now, the rulers have, in the past, here, wised up and bought-off the rest of us… for awhiile.

Sometimes the ruling class makes a big mistake…. Think “French Revolution” and “Russian Revolution.”

“Class Warfare” has been with us in the U.S. since the 1600s. We need to read history without the falsehoods that have fooled most of us.
