Having worked 30 years in retail and customer service, I can most assuredly tell you that the customer is NOT always right.The hardest part is making the customer feel like they’re not WRONG. A subtle but important difference.
Interesting he says shaved, where I go to get deli meat they say “chipped” instead. Wonder if it’s a regional thing.
