My office is in the corner of a tall building in Dallas. I often look out the window and imagine ziplining down to the Majestic Theater for a show—especially if there were a big, kind of formal show and I were wearing a tuxedo.
Konrad: I am trying to visualize a tall building with openable windows in a line of sight with the Majestic. Replaced windows on the old Mercantile? One wild zip if you are doing it from the Double Cross (appropriately where Ewing Oil HQ supposedly was) or Electric Asparagus. It renders almost insignificant what kind of job you have involving having a tux at work.

My first thought, too. LOL!! Granted, if not for the whole gravity thing pulling you forward to nearly breakneck speeds, it would be AWESOME!! ;-)
