Sorry about spelling errors (messy typing) and I cook my own black beans and have those often as well as lots of healthy grains and seeds in all my meals (healthy home cooking), but I am very careful with bathroom habits (tho’ a burp when noone is in my house is not unheard of-but never in public). I also think I wash my hands more than anyone in my group of friends.
