wow, an old console tv! have mine from ‘83, it’s a plant stand lol.

Just put a working TV on top of the non functional TV.

Those console TV’s were great thought! Usually 4-5" bigger then the ‘portable’ ones we used in the 80’s and 90’s! LI’d love to see someone take an LCD tv and build an old console cabinet around it. :D

I can’t kick a hole in mine. It’s too far up on the wall. I can’t kick that high.

Well, there’s your problem! You’re supposed to kick it, THEN plug it in.
