You didn’t have to eat franks and beans at all, let alone leftover ones. I’ve made different things than turkey on Thanksgiving (since we don’t like dark meat and it goes to waste) I’ve made chicken. Now we buy a package of all white meat turkey and it’s a lot easier to deal with than a whole turkey.
